The organization has been trying hard to improve the corporate social responsibility I order to produce more efficient and the effective products. The Host Europe organization has been looking forward to apply the green IT concept to its various products (Riahi et al., 2017). The issues of the green IT that include the emission of the green house gases. The Host Europe has built a new data centre which is energy efficient. The organization is also looking forward to switch to renewable type of energy in order to do away with the problem of the emission of the green house gases. The organization can store the information about the similar kind of task for future use. If the organization encounter the similar kind of task in the future then the previous algorithm can be applied to perform the task faster. The drawback may involve too much dependency on the automation for carrying out the task thus leaving a chance for errors. The business continuity management system can be implemented as the management system can be implemented for identification of the internal and the external risk to the business (Watters, 2014).
